Returns

USA return requests can be processed instantly on our website! Click here to get started. 

Our return policy only applies to orders from www.Eargasm.com; if you ordered from another platform or vendor, please contact them for return information. If you are not satisfied with any products (except for our Refresher Program), you may return them for a refund, with no questions asked, under the following conditions:

  1. Your refund request must be made within thirty (30) calendar days of the item's delivery according to tracking information on the order. All items must be in transit, according to tracking information, back to our location within thirty-five (35) calendar days from when the item was delivered. Items that do not begin their transit during this time period will receive partial refunds in an amount at the sole discretion of Eargasm. 
  2. We will only refund product costs; shipping charges are non-refundable. Unused products will be fully refunded. Used products, as long as all original items and packaging are included and in reasonable condition, can still be returned but will be subject to a 20% restocking fee of the purchase price. Due to our products' personal nature, used products are defined as any product that has a broken seal or appears to have been taken out of the packaging (even if it was just used once and cleaned afterward). 
  3. If any items/parts are missing, we reserve the right to increase the restocking fee up to 50%. 
  4. We will deduct the cost of return shipping we incur from any refund; this is typically between $3-$5.   

Ready to start your return? Follow these steps to return a product purchased from our site: 

  1. For US Orders: Click here to process your return request online. You will receive a pre-paid shipping label to return your items. Please note that return labels must be used within two (2) weeks of being issued, or they are subject to cancellation. We are not responsible for any issues related to a customer's use of a canceled label.
  2. For International Orders: Email us at info@Eargasm.com to initiate a return. After confirming your eligibility for a return, you may proceed with returning the product. You will be responsible for arranging trackable return shipping to our warehouse in Los Angeles, California, USA at your own expense.
  3. Please provide us tracking information as soon as you have it. If you have any questions or concerns about your return, please feel free to email us at info@Eargasm.com
  4. Pack the product in its original packaging and mail it in a sturdy bubble envelope to ensure the product will be returned without damage.
  5. Once the product is received and verified, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your refund. After your refund has been issued, it may take 3-5 business days to appear on your credit card/bank statement depending on your financial institution's processing times. If it has been more than 14 business days, please contact your financial institution directly so that they may release your refund.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not permitted. Instead, you may return items through the process outlined above and place a new order through our site at your convenience. 

Order Modification(s) / Cancellations

We try our best to process and fulfill orders ASAP, which prevents us from making changes to your order after it is placed.

Therefore, all order details and total amounts paid are final once the order is placed. We ask you to please double check all names, addresses, promo codes, items ordered, and other details at checkout before purchasing to confirm they are correct. If there are any errors in your information provided, please contact us ASAP, and we will try our best to change it before shipping. We cannot promise any changes will be made, but we will put our best effort into making it happen.

Warranty

Our warranty applies only to products sold on www.Eargasm.com, items "Sold by Strand Industries" or "Sold by Eargasm®" on Amazon (please pay close attention to who is selling the product on Amazon), and through authorized distributors.

Eargasm reserves the right to deny warranty claims on products sold by unauthorized companies or individuals such as eBay, counterfeits on Amazon, or other sales channels. Feel free to inquire if a distributor is authorized via email at info@Eargasm.com

All products produced by Eargasm undergo thorough quality control inspections. However, if you believe you have received in any way a defective product, you must bring it to our attention by emailing info@Eargasm.com within 30 days of the delivery date of your order. Please provide photographs along with a description of the defect for us to review. We will evaluate, on a case-by-case basis, how to resolve your concerns. We are willing to work with you to make things right by sending replacement parts or issuing a partial/full refund.

Shipping

COVID Shipping Disclaimer:  Due to the ongoing Coronavirus Pandemic, shipping carriers are seeing unprecedented volumes of packages that at times are causing significant delays in the delivery of your packages. We are promptly tendering packages from our warehouse to our carriers in the promised timeframes you see upon check out.

However, you may experience delays in delivery from your local carrier that is outside of our control. Due to these delays, we will ask you to please wait one month for delivery for US packages and 2 1/2 months for international packages before applying for our free coverage for missing, damaged, lost/stolen packages. We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding as we work to get your goods to you as fast as possible during these difficult times.

Times and Instructions: We promise to tender to the Post Office packages in the time frame quoted and with the shipping service as stated at checkout. However, we have no control past that point as to the Post Office'sOffice's shipping speed and delivery manner. 

In general, the Post Office is very reliable with delivery and shipping speeds, but unfortunately, packages may get delayed for one reason or another once in a while. Once the package is in the Post Office'sOffice's possession, we cannot speed up delivery or forward requests for the postman to deliver at a particular time of day or location. We appreciate your patience and willingness to work with the Post Office in receiving your package, albeit it may not be at the time or place you'd prefer.   

International Orders: Unless you choose our premium UPS/DHL shipping options, international shipments are shipped via the United States Postal Service and then forwarded to your local country's carrier. USPS does not inform us who the local carrier is.

However, typically it is the local postal operator (Not UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.). We also may not speak the local language and, therefore, cannot contact your local carrier. If any delivery issues occur, our shipping protection still applies, but we will ask you to work with us in finding out all information from your local carrier regarding the shipment prior to us refunding or reshipping the order. We are happy to provide copies of all shipping labels and tracking numbers to assist with your research.   

If ordering outside of the USA, please note that all pricing displayed on our website does not include import duties and customs fees. You may receive a bill from your local government to cover these fees upon receiving a shipment. Eargasm is not responsible for any of these costs and must be covered by the customer. 

Lost/Damaged/Stolen Package(s)

Eargasm takes the utmost care in safely and accurately packing our products from our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA. Despite our best efforts, after packages leave our warehouse, occasionally they will be lost, stolen, damaged, or go missing while in transit to our customers. To address this issue, we offer our own shipping coverage on every package shipped at no additional cost!

If any of the above problems arise, we will work with you to obtain a refund or reshipment of your package. This offer is only valid within 30 days of the marked shipped date of the package. Any requests for coverage that are sent after this 30 day period may be denied. 
***Note: This time frame is temporarily extended from 30 days to 60 days due to the coronavirus pandemic.***

If the item is marked as "delivered," but the customer does not receive the item, we must be contacted at most ten (10) days after the day the package is marked as "delivered" via tracking to be eligible for coverage. The customer agrees that any reshipments will have signature confirmation included to ensure delivery.

Order with the confidence that if any of the above scenarios occur with the delivery of your package, it will be covered! Please note our coverage is subject to the "Invalid or Incorrect Addresses" and "International Orders" policies.

Invalid or Incorrect Addresses and Failure to Pick Up Package(s)

If an order is returned to our facility due to an invalid address, or is delivered to the wrong location due to an incorrect address submitted at the time the order is placed, a reshipping fee ($5-$20 depending on the weight and destination of the package) will apply to modify the address and reship it out to the correct address.

We reserve the right to place signature confirmation on all reshipments to ensure it safely arrives at its final destination. Alternatively, the customer also may receive a refund after our fulfillment costs (typically $5-$20) are deducted.

The policy above also applies to orders which are returned to our location due to failure by the customer to pick up a package placed on hold by the shipping carrier.

Returns

Our policies below only applies to orders for products and accessories for our custom fit Eargasm Headphones product line from www.Eargasm.com; if you ordered from another platform or vendor, please contact them for detailed return information.

Due to the custom nature of our headphones, if you would like to cancel, or modify, your order, you MUST do so before we begin the production process. This is typically within 2 business days after your order has been placed, but may be sooner. 

We are unable to offer a refund, return, or cancellation at any time after the production process has begun. Therefore, we recommend you contact us ASAP with any requests.

30-Day Fit Guarantee

Due to a variety of factors that take part in creating your custom headphones, there may be a need for a fit adjustment. Please allow at least 1 week after receiving your headphones for your ears to adjust to using them. 

If you continue to experience fitting issues 1 week after receipt of your headphones, Eargasm will, at no additional cost, adjust your headphones to make sure you’re getting the best fit possible. Please create a support case by emailing us your order number to info@Eargasm.com

After we confirm you’re eligible, we provide you the option to send your product to our location (within 30 days post receipt of your order) to be covered by the 30-Day Fit Guarantee. Eargasm will send you a prepaid shipping label to return the headphones to us. Please allow 3-4 weeks after your headphones have been returned to our warehouse to make the necessary adjustments and return them to you.

This guarantee also covers our Custom Earplugs

Warranty

Eargasm offers an 18-month limited warranty on the custom headphones. Eargasm warrants its custom headphones to be free from defects in materials and quality in either the external shell or internal components for a period of 18 months from the date of delivery. Eargasm will replace or repair custom models within warranty. 

Please note that this warranty does not cover:
  • Fitting issues, which is covered separately under our "30 Day Fit Guarantee". 
  • Accidental damage
  • Water damage
  • Theft or loss
  • Corrosion of metal components (keep your headphones clean of sweat and debris to avoid this) 

Eargasm offers a 60-day limited warranty on all headphone cables and headphone accessories. Eargasm warrants that the headphone cables and headphone accessories to be free from defects in materials and quality for a period of 60-days from the date of delivery. 

This warranty does not cover:
  • Accidental damage
  • Water damage
  • Theft or loss
  • Corrosion of metal components (keep your cables and accessories clean of sweat and debris to avoid this)

Lost/Damaged/Stolen Package(s)

Eargasm sends out all headphones either via UPS, FedEx, or DHL with signature confirmation. We encourage our customers to closely monitor tracking information once they receive it in order to make sure your package arrives safely. If a package is marked as delivered according to tracking information, but you have not received it, it is your obligation to notify us within 5 calendar days of the delivery confirmation date via email at info@eargasm.com. Any request submitted after this time frame will be denied and be considered as fulfilled.

Once you notify us, we will open an investigation request with the carrier to determine if the package was actually delivered or not. Investigations by carriers may take 1-3 weeks to complete and we appreciate your patience while we work with the carrier to investigate. If a package is considered delivered by the carrier after an investigation, we can offer a replacement item for 50% of the purchase price of the shipment. If a package is considered lost in transit/stolen by the carrier, we will offer a replacement at no additional charge.

If a package is not marked as delivered but is significantly delayed in delivery or maybe is lost in transit, we will also open an investigation with the carrier. Investigations by carriers may take 1-3 weeks to complete and we appreciate your patience while we work with the carrier to investigate. If the carrier ultimately determines the package has been lost, we will offer a replacement at no additional charge. 

Invalid or Incorrect Addresses and Failure to Pick Up Package(s)

If an order is returned to our facility due to an invalid address, or is delivered to the wrong location due to an incorrect address submitted at the time the order is placed, a reshipping fee ($15-$150 depending on the weight and destination of the package) will apply to modify the address and reship it out to the correct address. We reserve the right to place signature confirmation on all reshipments to ensure it safely arrives at its final destination.

The policy above also applies to orders which are returned to our location due to failure by the customer to pick up a package placed on hold by the shipping carrier.

These are the terms and conditions that govern those promotions: 
  • The free gift cannot be substituted for any other item, cash, discount, or credit.
  • The free gift will be dispatched with the items from your qualifying order.

  • The free gift offer may not be used and will not be applicable in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotion that we run on our website unless otherwise stated.

    • If you forget to add your free gift and contact us before your order is shipped out, we will do our best to help edit the order. However, this is on a case-by-case basis. Therefore, please double check your order before checking out.
  • If a customer wishes to return an order or item that also included a free gift item, then please note the following deductions to a customer's refund amount will apply:
    • If the free gifts are returned in brand new condition, there will be no additional fees.
    • If the free gifts are returned in used condition, a 20%-50% restocking fee will be applied.
    • If the free gifts are not returned, the gift's full price value will be deducted from the refund.
  • This promotion or offer is valid within the dates, if any, stated on the relevant page.
  • In the event of any dispute, the decision of Eargasm is final. 

Discounts

Unless otherwise stated, discounts may only be applied to full-priced, non-discounted items. Eargasm reserves the right to expire or reinstate discount codes at any time. Discounts cannot be used in addition to existing promotions, offers, or other similar cases. Discount code names do not correlate to the amount or nature of that discount.
