Our return policy only applies to orders from www.Eargasm.com; if you ordered from another platform or vendor, please contact them for return information. If you are not satisfied with any products (except for our Refresher Program), you may return them for a refund, with no questions asked, under the following conditions:
- You must make your refund request within thirty (30) calendar days of the item's delivery (this will be based on the tracking information on the order). All items must be in transit, according to tracking information, back to our location within thirty-five (35) calendar days from when the item was delivered. Items that do not begin their transit during this period will receive partial refunds at the sole discretion of Eargasm.
- We will only refund product costs; shipping charges are non-refundable. Eargasm will fully refund unused products. Used products, as long as all original items and packaging are included and in reasonable condition, can still be returned but will be subject to a 20% restocking fee of the purchase price. Due to our products' nature, used products are defined as any product that has a broken seal or appears to have been taken out of the packaging (even if it was used once and cleaned afterward).
- If any items/parts are missing, we reserve the right to increase the restocking fee to 50%. For information regarding the return of gifts, please click here.
- We will deduct the cost of return shipping we incur from any refund which is typically $5.95.
- All sales are final for subscription products.
