For non-custom orders: Eargasm takes the utmost care in safely and accurately packing our products from our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA. Despite our best efforts, after packages leave our warehouse, occasionally they will be lost, stolen, damaged, or go missing while in transit to our customers. To address this issue, we offer our own shipping coverage on every package shipped at no additional cost!

If the item is marked as "delivered," but the customer does not receive the item, we must be contacted at most ten (10) days after the day the package is marked as "delivered" via tracking to be eligible for coverage. The customer agrees that any reshipments will be sent to the same address, and will include signature confirmation to ensure delivery. 

If a package is not marked as delivered, but is significantly delayed in delivery or is lost in transit, we will also open an investigation with the carrier. You must notify us via email at info@eargasm.com no earlier than 30 days and no later than 75 days after the shipping date of any lost or delayed package. Any request submitted for a refund or replacement earlier than 30 days after shipping, or 75 days after the shipping date will be denied. 

Investigations by carriers may take 2-4 weeks to complete and we appreciate your patience while we work with the carrier to investigate. If the carrier ultimately determines the package has been lost, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional charge. 

Order with the confidence that if any of the above scenarios occur with the delivery of your package, it will be covered*! 


For custom orders: Eargasm sends out all headphones and custom earplugs either via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL with signature confirmation. We encourage our customers to closely monitor tracking information once they receive it in order to make sure your package arrives safely. If a package is marked as delivered according to tracking information, but you have not received it, it is your obligation to notify us within 5 calendar days of the delivery confirmation date via email at info@eargasm.com. Any request submitted after this time frame will be denied and be considered as fulfilled.

Once you notify us, we will open an investigation request with the carrier to determine if the package was actually delivered or not. Investigations by carriers may take 2-4 weeks to complete and we appreciate your patience while we work with the carrier to investigate. If a package is considered delivered by the carrier after an investigation, we can offer a replacement item for 50% of the purchase price of the shipment. If a package is considered lost in transit/stolen by the carrier, we will offer a refund or replacement at no additional charge.

For our US customers, depending on the order, we typically get your order out of our warehouse in 2-3 business days. We promise to tender to the Post Office packages in the quoted time frame and with the shipping service stated at checkout. However, we have no control over the Post Office's shipping speed and delivery. 

In general, the Post Office is very reliable with delivery and shipping speeds, but unfortunately, packages may get delayed for one reason or another once in a while. Once the package is in the Post Office's possession, we cannot speed up delivery or forward requests for the postman to deliver at a particular time or location. We appreciate your patience and willingness to work with the Post Office to receive your package, albeit it may not be at the time or place you prefer.   

Our international orders, unless you choose our premium UPS/DHL shipping options, are shipped via GlobalPost International and then forwarded to your local country's carrier. Typically, international orders take about 3-5 weeks to arrive (this is an estimate).

If any delivery issues occur,  we will ask you to work with us to find out all information from your local carrier regarding the shipment before we refund or reship the order. We are happy to provide copies of all shipping labels and tracking numbers to assist with your research.   

If ordering outside of the USA, please note that all pricing displayed on our website does not include import duties and customs fees. You may receive a bill from your local government to cover these fees upon receiving a shipment. Eargasm is not responsible for any of these costs and must be covered by the customer.

Here at Eargasm Earplugs, we understand that besides having a high quality earplug, a great fit is critical to the user's experience. As such, we have worked hard to provide many sizing options for our customers. 

Unfortunately, there isn't really a uniform measuring system for ear canal sizes like for clothing, but if you think back to your experiences with ear products (think in-ear headphones etc...) did you get a good fit? Perhaps they felt too big (which means you probably have ear canals on the smaller side). Or perhaps they felt too small (which means you probably have ear canals on the larger side).

Most of our customers see a usage-period of up to and over 1-3 years. As long as you clean them frequently and store them in your carrying case, you can expect to see the same average timespan! 

For cleaning, we highly recommend our cleaning kit here. It comes with 10 towelettes with a proprietary cleaning formula made for in-ear devices as well as a handy brush to get to those hard to reach places.

Please review the diagram and video below explaining the differences between our two best-selling products. They are similar in some respects (for example, they are both considered to be high fidelity) but the Smaller Ears Earplugs are specifically designed for Smaller Ears. Earplug shells and filters for each model are different from one another and are not interchangeable so please place close attention when purchasing accessories!

Yes! The quality of sound reduction is the same as you'd expect from our High Fidelity Earplugs. They are named differently to their smaller sizing; please do note that the earplug shells and filters for each model are different from one another and are not interchangeable so please place close attention when purchasing accessories!

Our High Fidelity Earplugs come with a 21dB filter pre-inserted in the Standard size earplugs in the set; we also recently released a 27dB filter , so you could switch the filters out between the two. Please note that the aforementioned filter is only available for our High Fidelity Earplugs model- not our Smaller Ears Earplugs.

Our Slide Earplug has this functionality pre-built into it; it has a slider that enables the user to switch between two levels of attenuation, from 15 to 22dB.

This is going to depend on the model you purchase. Please review the product pages for our models to find the NRR. On our High Fidelity Earplugs (our most popular model that most customers purchase), the Noise Reduction Rating is 16 dB. 

However, depending on the frequency of the sound and if the earplug is properly inserted in the ear, users can reduce noise by up to 21 decibels. A label disclosing the NRR is required under federal law to be placed on all earplugs for sale in the US, so you will see one prominently placed on our packaging. However, we feel the NRR vastly underestimates the true effectiveness of our earplugs. For more information on this, please see here.

The difference is in the quality of the sound that passes through the earplug. Foam earplugs muffle and distort noise while Eargasm Earplugs maintain the full spectrum of sound for the user. The advantages of this difference are endless! Concertgoers and musicians can safely listen to loud music with clarity. Motorcyclists can reduce wind noise, but still be able to hear their surroundings. Factory workers can cut down on shrill noises in their work environment, while still being able to communicate with coworkers. And so on and so forth!

Eargasm Earplugs do not require any batteries as they use passive technology (meaning no electronic components, such as bluetooth). You just insert them into your ears and the sound reduction is immediate!

Please follow the instructions below to make sure you’re getting the best fit!

We recommend pulling the top of your ear up, and out to widen your ear canal, while simultaneously pushing and twisting the earplug in. This twisting motion will lock the earplug into place and create the ideal seal. 

Additionally adding a bit of water to the tip of the earplug prior to inserting it will aid in the process. You can also even use a bit of lubricant if you want to make it easier to insert the earplug. Some people use a little saliva, there are also earplug lubricants on the market (such as Otoferm) that some of our customers use.

Once you feel you have a good fit, you can test the earplugs out by playing music or snapping your fingers next to ear to see if you notice a decrease in volume. Please bear in mind that our high fidelity earplugs are not sound canceling, but sound-reducing, so while you should notice some sound reduction, it will not be a massive reduction in sound.

  1. First, pull back the durable silicone and pop out the filter with your thumb.
  2. ​​Then, pull back the silicone on the earplugs you wish to switch to and push the filters in.
  3. The filter’s larger base should go in first, with the smaller top base being against your ear when you insert them. If you have the Smaller Ears Earplugs, the 5 tiny holes should be facing out. If you have the High Fidelity Earplugs, the screen side should be facing out.
  4. Be sure that the small silicone ridges fully surround the filter to maintain its position.

There are two ways you can clean Eargasm Earplugs:

1) You can use warm soapy water, but be sure to remove the filter prior to cleaning them as they are not waterproof. Please note this does not apply to our custom earplugs; you'll need to use a cleaning cloth (similar to a microfibre cloth that you get with glasses), and one of our brushes to clean out debris.

2) You can use our handy cleaning kits , where you can simply wipe them off with all-natural wipes and a handy brush for those hard-to-reach nooks and crannies.

Feel free to also check out our video for cleaning instructions below. Lastly, just make sure to avoid any alcohol-based cleaners as it will deteriorate the materials over time.

Yes! Our Aquaplugs are a fantastic option for swimmers, divers, and anyone who wants to keep water out while maintaining sound quality. We also have a product called Squishies - these are sort of like the foam earplugs of the sea; while they don't maintain sound quality, they are moldable and great if you just need to keep water out.

The Squishies Earplugs have the same func tion, but they reduce noise by up to 22dB, are made of moldable silicone material that can conform to any ear shape, and can be broken apart if a smaller size is desired.

We'd suggest our Foam Earplugs and/or Squishies Earplugs , and, of course, depending on the firearm, doubling up with earmuffs. The latter product is made of moldable silicone--perfect for those with smaller ear canals, as they can easily be broken apart to get a smaller size.

Other than the color, no! They are the exact same product in terms of functionality. Some customers just prefer a more discrete earplug, hence the transparent filters. This, of course, does not include our High dB filters , which offer up to 27dB of noise reduction.

Our High Fidelity Earplugs , coupled with the High dB filters , will reduce noise by up to 27dB. 

However, the model mentioned above reduces noise while maintaining clarity so you can still hear your environment; if you’d like something to muffle noise out and reduce as much sound as possible, we’d recommend checking out our Foam Earplugs and/or Squishies Earplugs . 

Our Foam Earplugs reduce noise by up to 32dB, at the expense of audio clarity of course. The Squishies Earplugs have the same function, but they reduce noise by up to 22dB, are made of moldable silicone material that can conform to any ear shape, and can be broken apart if a smaller size is desired!

We’d highly recommend our Aviation Earplugs for traveling. They not only help reduce ear pressure and pain during ascent and descent but they also assist in lowering ambient engine noise and other sounds experienced during air travel. Supearior is a more "family friendly" brand name that we created to accommodate some of our customers' requests for an alternative to our Eargasm High Fidelity Earplugs. Supearior High Fidelity Earplugs come with one pair of shells with the attenuation filters preinstalled for your convenience. At this time we only offer 1 color, 1 standard sizing option, and 1 attenuation level for this product.

The noise reduction is the same for both products, although you can expect the sound clarity to be a bit higher with Eargasm High Fidelity Earplugs.

Please note that the products, although similar in function, are distinct products to each other and therefore the attenuation filters are not interchangeable and the earplug shells are not the same either. Also, our High dB filter accessory is only compatible with our High Fidelity Earplugs and is not compatible with any other products in our catalog including our Smaller Ears Earplugs.

The High dB Filter for our High Fidelity Earplugs is an upgrade from the standard High Fidelity Attenuation Filter that comes with our High Fidelity box packages. The High dB filter provides up to 27 dB of noise reduction versus the 21 dB in reduction our standard Attenuation Filter. This is a great option those looking for a bit of extra noise reduction, while still maintaining sound clarity!

Please note the High dB filter is only compatible with our High Fidelity Earplugs and is not compatible with any other products in our catalog such as our Smaller Ears Earplugs.

Many of the items that Eargasm carries either go in your ear, or make contact with your face. Even after one use, earwax, sweat, and other debris begin to accumulate on the items, rendering it unable to be resold as new.

Unlike other companies, that would refuse a return of such items, we view things differently and want to give all our customers the opportunity to experience our products . Therefore, we are happy to process a refund for any used items returned to us with a modest 20% restocking fee.

Our return policy only applies to orders from www.Eargasm.com; if you ordered from another platform or vendor, please contact them for return information. If you are not satisfied with any products (except for our Refresher Program), you may return them for a refund, with no questions asked, under the following conditions:

  1. You must make your refund request within thirty (30) calendar days of the item's delivery (this will be based on the tracking information on the order). All items must be in transit, according to tracking information, back to our location within thirty-five (35) calendar days from when the item was delivered. Items that do not begin their transit during this period will receive partial refunds at the sole discretion of Eargasm. 
  2. We will only refund product costs; shipping charges are non-refundable. Eargasm will fully refund unused products. Used products, as long as all original items and packaging are included and in reasonable condition, can still be returned but will be subject to a 20% restocking fee of the purchase price. Due to our products' nature, used products are defined as any product that has a broken seal or appears to have been taken out of the packaging (even if it was used once and cleaned afterward).

Due to the custom nature of these products, if you would like to cancel or modify your order, you MUST do so before we begin the production process. This is typically within two business days after your order has been placed, but maybe sooner. 

We cannot offer a refund, return, or cancellation at any time after the production process has begun. Therefore, we recommend you contact us ASAP with any requests.

Returns cannot be processed online for international orders. Please contact us at info@eargasm.com to check whether or not your order is eligible to be returned, or continue reading below.

Our return policy only applies to orders from www.Eargasm.com; if you ordered from another platform or vendor, please contact them for return information. If you are not satisfied with any products (except for our Refresher Program), you may return them for a refund, with no questions asked, under the following conditions:

  1. You must make your refund request within thirty (30) calendar days of the item's delivery (this will be based on the tracking information on the order). All items must be in transit, according to tracking information, back to our location within thirty-five (35) calendar days from when the item was delivered. Items that do not begin their transit during this period will receive partial refunds at the sole discretion of Eargasm. 
  2. We will only refund product costs; shipping charges are non-refundable. Eargasm will fully refund unused products. Used products, as long as all original items and packaging are included and in reasonable condition, can still be returned but will be subject to a 20% restocking fee of the purchase price. Due to our products' nature, used products are defined as any product that has a broken seal or appears to have been taken out of the packaging (even if it was used once and cleaned afterward).

Please note that you are responsible for arranging trackable return shipping to our warehouse in Los Angeles, California, USA, at your own expense. Kindly pack the product in its original packaging and mail it in a sturdy bubble envelope to ensure that the carrier will return the product without damage.

Our warranty applies only to products sold on www.Eargasm.com, items "Sold by Strand Industries" or "Sold by Eargasm®" on Amazon (please pay close attention to who is selling the product on Amazon), and through authorized distributors.

Eargasm reserves the right to deny warranty claims on products sold by unauthorized companies or individuals such as eBay, counterfeits on Amazon, or other sales channels. Feel free to inquire if a distributor is authorized via email at info@eargasm.com

All products produced by Eargasm undergo thorough quality control inspections. However, if you believe you have received in any way a defective product, you must bring it to our attention by emailing info@eargasm.com within 180 days of the delivery date of your order. Please provide photographs along with a description of the defect for us to review. We will evaluate, on a case-by-case basis, how to resolve your concerns. We are willing to work with you to make things right by sending replacement parts or issuing a partial/full refund.
