COVID-19 Statement | Eargasm Earplugs
To our Eargasm Family,
We understand this is a worrisome time; our hearts go out to those affected, and we're doing our part in creating a healthy working environment while still being able to provide you the best service possible.
We wanted to provide you all with an update as to the steps we are taking to ensure that our team can serve you in the safest way possible:
- Most of our employees are working remotely, but are available to provide you with the same level of customer service we always aim to provide.
- Our warehouse is also still fully operational to promptly ship out any orders placed through our website or via wholesale channels.
- We are regularly disinfecting all high-risk areas, such as workstations, and are instructing employees to take extra precautions in their daily lives such as regularly washing their hands and social distancing.
At this point in time, it is "business as usual" for us at Eargasm and will do our best to keep it that way. However, we are remaining vigilant in the case of any changes to the situation at hand. In cases like these, the most important thing is to take care of yourselves and those in need.
