Please note the Eargasm Loss Protection Program is subject to the following terms and conditions:
-Customers are entitled to a maximum of one replacement pair of earplugs per policy purchased.
-Proof of purchase of a set of the requested replacement earplug type from
Eargasm.com,
Amazon.com, or an authorized retailer is required.
-Customers must wait at least 21 days after purchase of policy to submit a claim, but no longer than 365 days. Claims submitted outside of this time period cannot be processed and will be required to resubmit their request within this timeframe.

-Shipping is free within the USA, additional shipping fees and custom duties may apply to international addresses.
-The replacement pair will not include any extra earplug shells, case, or packaging found in our box sets.
-Program fees become non-refundable after 30 days from purchase, or once redeemed.
-Custom earplugs are excluded from this program.
-Limited edition/out of stock items are subject to replacement with another colorway or the closest comparable item available.
