Worried about losing your Eargasm Earplugs? Have a new set of replacement earplugs sent to you, no questions asked, if you lose your original pair with the Earplug Loss Protection Program.
Terms and Conditions

Customers are entitled to a maximum of one replacement pair of earplugs per policy purchased.

Each Loss Protection Policy may only be redeemed once. Once redeemed, the policy cannot be used again.

Custom earplugs are excluded from this program.
Redemption Wait Periods
- Customers must wait at least 21 days after purchase of the policy to submit a claim, and no longer than 365 days. Claims submitted outside of this time period cannot be processed.
Proof of Purchase

A valid proof of purchase is required from Eargasm.com, Amazon.com, an Eargasm event booth, or an authorized retailer.

Replacement Details

Shipping is free within the USA; additional shipping fees and custom duties may apply to international addresses.

The replacement pair will not include any extra earplug shells, case, or packaging found in our box sets.

We will make every effort to provide the same color and size as originally purchased. In the event that the original color is unavailable, the same product will be provided with a different colored filter.
Program Fees

Loss Protection Policies become non-refundable after 30 days from purchase, or once redeemed.
