**After you place your order, we will be awaiting you to submit your ear scans through our Ear Scanner App. Our team will review your scans for accuracy within two business days, and if there are any issues, we will promptly let you know. Once your ear scans are approved, your order will enter our production queue. Depending on the current queue of orders, our production time ranges from 2-4 weeks. Following production, your order will undergo a quality control check and then be placed in our shipping queue.
